As per COMELEC Resolution No.8743 dated 14 January 2010, General DANILO “Danny” LIM is QUALIFIED TO RUN FOR SENATOR, reversing an earlier disqualification ruling.

He is now included in the Comelec’s Official List of Senatorial Candidates.
