1. It has been an open book that running an effective organization means having the confidence that it will do well, not only now, but also in the future. And what better way to prepare in the future but to have strong-willed and dedicated national leaders to polish and strengthen our ranks in the face of our ruthless enemies.

2. We are fully aware that our brotherhood, the GUARDIANS organization, in more than two (2) decades of its existence as a non-sectoral group, is slowly being engulfed by the fires of poverty, political power, war and corruption, and by this, we recognized our brethren’s clamor for a CHANGE and their DESIRE for a NEW BREED of LEADERS who will steer us towards our common vision, mission and objectives.

3. In view of the above, since we are aspiring for the collective vision of a GUARDIANS brotherhood of peace, progress and prosperity, we have chosen BGEN DANILO “SGF DELTA” LIM to be the NATIONAL ADVISER OF 1 GUARDIANS NATIONALIST OF THE PHILS. (GANAP/GUARDIANS) INC. effective February 25, 2009 for the following reasons:

a. He has the impeccable character to lead with moral authority;

b. He has the essential leadership qualities to steer us towards our vision;

c. He has consistently displayed uncommon valor and patriotism in the face of extremely difficult situations.

4. Let it be understood, that the appointment of BGEN DANILO “SGF DELTA” LIM as NATIONAL ADVISER of 1 GANAP/ GUARDIANS is not in any manner connected with any attempt to overthrow the present government but to put him in the national consciousness of the GUARDIANS brotherhood organization as an emerging new leader with moral authority to UNITE all GUARDIANS group into one solid and cohesive GUARDIANS organization.

5. The present organizational stand of the 1 GANAP/GUARDIANS is that, it will still remain committed to legal, constitutional, democratic and long-term building institution programs for the nation and society.
